Dr. Michael Devon is a board certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Born and raised in Philadelphia, he graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in economics, then spent the next seven years teaching mathematics to junior and senior high school students in Manhattan and suburban Philadelphia. When it was time to make a change, and the teacher decided to become a student once again, he completed the pre-medical post baccalaureate program at Bryn Mawr College and then returned to the University of Pennsylvania to attend medical school. Finding once again that he enjoyed working with children and adolescents, he decided to pursue a career in pediatrics.x
