Board certified, he was previously an attending physician in a large OB/GYN practice, and also served as an assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey - School of Osteopathic Medicine (UMDNJ-SOM) in Stratford, New Jersey, where in 2007 he was named "Educator of the Year."x
