Dr. Diane Fresca completed her undergraduate education at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and graduated with magna cum laude honors in 1997. While at F&M, Dr. Fresca also received both Phi Beta Kappa and Marshall Scholar honors. She returned to her home state of New Jersey to pursue her medical education at UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and received her M.D. in 2001. Prior to graduation, Dr. Fresca was awarded membership to Alpha Omega Alpha (the highest honor bestowed upon a graduating medical student).Dr. Fresca remained at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School for her internal medicine residency and became board certified in internal medicine in 2004. She was subsequently selected as chief resident for the 2004-2005 academic year. During her chief year, Dr. Fresca organized and actively participated in the residency’s community service program.
