As Chief of Payer Relations and Population Health, DeWayne is a key figure in the growth of Advocare to over 800,000 patients. Sought out for his reputation as a strategic leader, DeWayne has also served as Vice President of Provider Network and Population Health with EmblemHealth and Executive Director for ACO Strategy and Operations with Aetna. At Aetna he worked to launch high-value insurance products and developed Provider Partnerships and financial strategies for new markets. His work at Aetna earned him recognition, including the Aetna Chairman’s Award and inclusion in the Aetna Next Generation of Leaders.
With a B.S. in Economics and Business Administration from Bethel College and an M.S. in Management from Friends University, DeWayne combines a strong educational foundation with practical expertise. His focus on enhancing healthcare delivery and aligning provider and payor goals has made him a thought leader in the fields of payor relations and population health.
