Their care is enhanced through data analytics, focused interventions via pre-visit planning, and a safety net of care management services when necessary.  

Amy Prestifilippo is a seasoned leader with 30 years of experience in cross-functional team collaboration, practice management, account management, and healthcare technology integration. She leads a team of Directors in Care Management, Value-Based Performance, Data Analytics, and Data Engineering Advocare. Her expertise in value-based care, practice transformation, and practice operations has been honed through her previous roles on the ACO leadership team and as the Assistant Vice President of Practice Performance at R-Health/Marathon Health.
