As Vice President of Human Resources, Ailee leads the development and execution of strategy in all aspects of Human Resources operations, compensation and benefits, change management, professional development, and talent acquisition. With over 20 years in the industry, Ailee understands the unique challenges in healthcare and how to develop creative solutions to support the organization, our employees, and patients. With a strong focus on employee engagement and retention, it’s been a hallmark of her career to work as both a trusted advisor to the leadership team and a trusted resource for employees, bridging that gap and helping to weave Human Resources into the fabric of the organization’s culture, strategic vision, and everyday work experience.
Ailee has earned several professional designations, including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Group Benefits Associate (GBA), and Certified Diversity Professional (CDP). She is a graduate of Radford University and earned an MS in Human Resource Development at Villanova University. When she’s not keeping up with industry news and trends, Ailee loves cooking international cuisine, enjoying the outdoors, supporting theater arts, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and two Siamese cats.
