Include the patient's name, parent/guardian name (If patient is a minor under age 18), and daytime phone number in the subject of your email. For all clinical inquiries regarding your child's health, call the office at (215) 545-8188. If this is a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately.
We will reply to questions submitted via email within two business days. In order to retrieve our response, you will be prompted to establish a user name and password with our secure and encrypted email portal, Cisco. Once you have established an account with Cisco, you will be able to retrieve future emails by entering your login information.
